How long have you been working at SOPREMA and why have you chosen this company?

I started working at Soprema in 2000 when the company Bital was taken over. I knew Soprema as a competitor but I did not know the size and standing of the company.

What does your typical workday look like?

First check the mails. After see if all the employees are at work. Follow the agenda, solve some pending issues, sales team meetings, marketing and technical questions, respond to requests from colleagues, results evaluation, be the link between Sweden and the group, and so on …

What do you like most about your job?

Work with my team to develop our business and ensure that everyone feels comfortable in his/her work.

What was your first impression of the SOPREMA-team and company?

At the time when we were taken over, we discovered the dimension of this family company which had, and still has, great development ambitions.
In 2011 I started the Swedish subsidiary from almost nothing and today I can say that we have a great and nice team that covers all of Sweden.

What areas would you like to further develop professionally?

I would like to pass on my experience and know-how to the younger generation.

What makes your work so unique?

My long experience in this business has been helpful in the development of Scandinavia.

And last but not least, what is your favorite cup of coffee?

No coffee, I prefer black or green tea with lemon!
